Kirkman’s Pancake Mix is a rich source of calcium and fortified to contain other immune supporting nutrients such as vitamin E and zinc. Our mix, which can also be used to make outstanding waffles, is casein, gluten and sugar free.
This product provides a scrumptious alternative for people with casein and gluten issues to enjoy pancakes and waffles. Try this with Kirkman’s sugar free, casein and gluten free maple, strawberry or wild cherry flavoring syrups.

Pancake Mix Ingredients:
White rice flour, potato starch, sorbitol, tapioca starch, calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate, zinc citrate, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, baking powder, xanthan gum, baking soda, natural flavoring, vanilla bean, and sucralose.

Pancake Mix
Directions:
- Carefully measure out 1⁄5 of this package (227 grams or 8 oz. to make 12 pancackes). Save the rest for future recipes.
- Mix one cup of a milk substitute with ½ oz of lemon juice. DariFree™ (available from Kirkman®) in its prepared form is an excellent choice for the milk substitute.
- Beat three eggs in a large bowl and add milk mixture from step two.
- Add the measured out pancake mix and blend very well.
- Add 3 tablespoons canola (or similar) cooking oil and mix gently.
- Let stand until mixture thickens.
- Fry pancakes in non-stick skillet or one sprayed with non-stick spray (Makes 10-12).
- If thinning is necessary, usually ½ to ¾ cup of water will thin the pancakes out.
- Waffles may be prepared in a waffle iron.
Substitutes:
- Eggs can be replaced with equal amount of egg substitute.
- Milk substitute can be rice milk, soy milk, potato milk or any non-dairy equivalent.
Does Not Contain:
Sugar, casein, gluten, milk, wheat, soy, preservatives, yeast, gelatin, artificial flavorings or colorings.
